As we journey through life on Earth, we encounter many challenges and hardships. At times, it can be difficult to know what we "should" be doing, and some experiences may leave us feeling overwhelmed.
From personal experience, I’ve found that when we begin to see the situations around us as external to who we truly are, we can start the important work of detaching from them. We are all divine beings having a human experience. The events in our lives are not meant to define us but to teach and guide us toward growth, helping us reconnect with our true essence.
When you take the time to sit with yourself—beyond the "human" traits and conditioning you've inherited—you'll begin to sense the first glimmers of peace. By surrendering to the flow of life rather than resisting its lessons, you allow yourself to evolve, transforming into higher versions of yourself.
Painful experiences may still leave a lingering softness within you, but in time, you will heal, emerging stronger and wiser. Just as a river flows effortlessly into the vast ocean, so too can you flow into the infinite expanse of divinity—embraced by the universe, co-creating the life you are meant to live.
